The Promising Future

Besides all of the spellbinding and innumerable aspects of these add-ons and while someone would think that it doesn’t get any better than this, the future is brighter than the present and holds many pleasant surprises. You’d be wrong to think that a 7+ year old game can’t hold up against the "competition" because both the original game (on which these modifications are based) and the add-ons themselves have a couple of aces up their sleeves!

Firstly, there is a User Mission Editor (UME) with which you can create all sorts of scenarios and campaigns of your own and design them to the very last detail. Secondly, there is online playing which was missing from USAF ever since Jane’s Combat Net stopped being available for the owners of the game. Thirdly, there are new skins, cockpits, planes, helicopters, ships and ground units, weapons, missions, and campaigns to come. Finally, there are still many talented and dedicated fans of the game and they are the heart and core of what has kept this one of a kind game alive and kicking for so long!
