The best part of the Operation Flashpoint series is the many, many add-ons, missions, and maps that the great gaming community have made and released.

The first modification I want to talk about is called The Enhanced Configuration Project. This modification doesn't seem to really add any new equipment or weapons, what it does do is enhances the configuration files and associated scripts without using in mission triggers or code.

The ECP mod improves gameplay, improves the friendly and enemy AI, adds cool special effects like burning tankers jumping from their burning tanks and running around till death visits, improved realism, and improved sounds of weapons, explosions, and even background realistic radio chatter.

The full mod is 137 MB's, you can download it as a whole .exe or download separate parts of the mod. Check out the screens below for the ECP mod, then head over here to get it, you won't be disappointed. These guys did a fantastic job with this modification.
