Unification Theory: Part Three: Perspective
An Interview with Hudson Kerr a.k.a. “][udson”.
by Jens
"McGonigle" Lindblad
Introduction
We now continue our series where we let the sim-racing community talk about… the sim-racing community.
After some initial confusion on the part of the concierge at SimHQ towers as to where exactly my cubicle was located, and a slight delay the consequence, the concierge and my guest for
the day, Hudson Kerr ran into “20mm” in the hall who told the befuddled concierge to “just keep going towards the soundtrack with the banshee noise of the V16 BRM” – he listens to it
all day, over and over again – at loudest possible volume. It reverberates throughout the building, even more than when “Chunx” makes his low flyby's in his jet. “Want some ear-plugs?”
Entering my cubicle I greet Hudson with offerings of coffee, tea, mineral water as well as some Danish pastry. I have been very anxious to meet the man whose decision to charge money
for his mods has in some circles led to the raising of eyebrows and critical voices.
Hudson has brought with him a large folder of the type artists use to transport their paintings, drawings or photos. The folder contains the screenshots of the Mills textures- and
camera- updates that you can see on these pages.
