Subjective Driving Impressions
The GTR2 version of Spa is slightly longer than its rFactor counterpart and features a more twisty Busstop chicane. Eau Rouge is a truly heart stopping moment in rFactor due to less grip and a more pronounced compression which will test your suspension settings thoroughly before the track surface rises again with the elevation of the terrain.
Before actually doing this comparison I would have said that naturally, the GTR2 version of the track would be prettier than the F1C conversion, but the screenshots below reveal that the version in rFactor also looks very nice.
The GTR2 version of the track feels easier to drive. The conversion used in rFactor however feels more fun to drive.

Spa 1988 - rFactor
The GTR2 Porsche certainly has a lot more grip than the GSMF Porsche in rFactor, but overall I'd say that apart from the differences in grip both cars tend to be sensitive to excess corner entry-speed where they exhibit major understeer if you push too hard.
The GSMF Porsche model to me seems to be the better looking (to these old eyes anyway). The model seems more detailed and the skins fit the model better. Your mileage may very well vary on this topic.
GTR2s GT3 in it's default set-up is fairly safe to drive and will understeer into next week rather than settle into a drift. Provoke it heavily, and the car will become extremely skittish and on the very limit or rather, beyond the limit it will try to bite your head off. Very nice physics overall.
The GSMF Porsche understeers just as much as the GT3. The difference between the two is the rear wheels have loads of grip in GTR2. The GSMF Porsche has very little grip and likes to kick out the rear end as if inviting you to a dance. This car is just plain skittish!
