Simulation Tester Needed

I have a need for an in-house tester for some of the simulation projects I am working on for the military. I need someone who isn't afraid to read a government-written manual to learn how to use aircraft or vehicle systems and the like.

I'd like someone with some simulation experience, but that skill set is rare in the gaming industry these days.

If you know someone in the SF Bay area that would like a job starting around $15/hr (more for experience), please let me know. Thanks.
