My Cessna 310 has had a right landing gear failure. I am parting the aircraft out. The left engine is for sale. It is complete except for prop governor and magnetos. Last annual was September 2022. Compression was and is still good. The engines are colemill conversion. They are 300hp. The crankshaft is VAR. It is a heavy case. This engine did not have a prop strike. More pictures will come shortly. This is a rare engine series. I have looked for a core for the four years I have owned this plane but was only successful in finding a soft case. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer or I can deliver in the west for a mileage fee determined after the sale is complete. I am listing it as local pickup but will work with the buyer to get it packaged and shipped. This engine is a Continental IO-520-E2, Serial number 215775, and warrantied to be a heavy case and a VAR crankshaft. Crankshaft serial number is A655M3 which means it is number 655 manufactured since January of 1981. email with questions. I also have the right engine which sustained a prop strike at idle.
