You are looking at the Placard decal required to comply with Airworthiness Directive 2015-24-5 For the Piper Twin Comanche PA 30 and PA 39. By order of the FAA this placard must be placed on the instrument panel in clear view of the pilot as per Service Bulletin 1266. This placard covers PA 30 models with serial number 30-1 thru 30-2000 and PA 39 serial numbers 39-1 thru 39-155. Decal measures 4 3/16th by 5/8 inch.
