Rebuilt Rotax 582 Blue Head. This is one of my standard issue rebuilt engines. It is called a blue head, not necessarily because of the color of the head, but the blue head is a Rotax improvement to the cooling system, that this head provides. This engine is built with the utmost integrity. It has ceramic top OEM Pistons, the oil ports going to the bearings to each end of the crank have been internally modified, to supply approximately 30% more oil, to the hard working bearings. Engine has new ceramic seal installed, as well as brass gear on the rotary waterpump cross shaft. Has a high output CDI ignition. This engine has been test run for 20 minutes, to check for any leaks, and confirm that compression rate is up to approximately 150-155 psi. I have built over 800 of these engines, with a reputation of running 800 hrs. without a single problem reported. There is no service tear down Ever needed, through its entire life cycle. I supply the running recommendations, that eliminates tear downs for carbon removal, (it does not happen). These recommendations are absolutely necessary to follow to assure that the highest probability to get you to the 800 mark and possibly beyond. What you see is what you get.
