This company has little time frame that you can pickup the parts that you buy, Like its months after you give them your money then you can get the part at their location only. They also will not respond to emails. I will not buy from them again!!!!!!

We are sorry for your experience, your order was placed on eBay for pickup for an exchange with your good core, your core ended up being damaged with a faulty turbine housing which needs to be spacial ordered through the manufacturer. Unfortunately we do not have control over manufacturer's lead time on special parts for custom orders.
