The rest of the “visual improvements” don’t fall under any specific category really; they are just overall impressions that you get once you’ve spent a good bit of time with FSX. Taken individually, the improvements to the 3D models, the terrain, the VCs, or even the weather are pretty nice. But when you put all those factors together, find a mix of perfect configuration sliders, and put it all into motion, you will be impressed by the fantastic replication of flight. In fact, it’s almost better than real flight because I can’t pan around the outside of my real airplane, or watch myself fly-by repeatedly from external views. It really is better in motion. I might have to make a movie to prove it.
