I used this headset for about 60 hours for my PPL training, but I have since transitioned to flying gliders. The A20 headset includes the case and dual plug for headset/mic, as shown in the pictures. The headset is fully functional with minimal wear, but please note that there are slight creases in the earcups from wearing sunglasses. It will ship without batteries, but it has been tested prior to packing.
