These are in excellent pre-owned condition - the microphone foam is missing and the ear covers are not brand new, the new owner may want to replace these..they are flaking a little bit.
I TESTED these by...replacing the batteries, going to Best Buy, plugging them into a Denon stereo receiver and listened to "The Croods" - both sides are working. I was unable to test the mic because I do not have an airplane at my disposal...;(...I will accept a return if you are not satisfied with these for any reason though...
