This kit repairs Non structural Cessna 0541193-7 and 0541193-8Landing gear fairings (All Cessna 172 all years with Round landing gear “1971to present”).

It contains 2 symmetrical skins that can be bent left orright to form a single ship set, or, 2 lefts or, 2 rights and 2 step hole reinforcements.

These skins are made from .025 2024T3 QQ-A-250/5 ASTM B209lot 615894. cut by CNCwater jet patterned after Cessna parts.Pre primed with self etching epoxy zinc chromate. not painted. Note Kylon Gloss white is a good match for Cessna "Matterhorn White"

They can be installed as a repair panel by removing nutplates from old gear faring and reusing nut plates under part 43. (part is consumed in repair)

Or installed with new plates under FAR 21-9 as a ownerproduced part.

Comes with instruction that contains pictures (same as listed in this ad) to assist informing final part. In order to finish this part each skin needs 2 bends which are marked by pilot holes bent up and attach nuts plates by countersunk riveting along the edges.
