This is a Cessna C150 nose gear. Chrome is in great shape with no pitting or corrosion. The painted parts do have some normal wear and tear and scratches/
It is complete except for the axle, vibration dampenerandtorque link, 7/16" axle opening in fork
For someone who rebuilds these this would be an excellent core to start with because the chrome is in such great shape
