This is a real AC200AC. Jeppesen Precision Advanced Flight Simulator FS-200 AC were FAA approved as PCATD and this one has the FAA seal.

Not tested. I read online it can be converted to USB using one or two Bodnar boards. The throttle quadrant is made by Precision Flight Controls and is very realistic. It has key start, carb heat and cowl flaps controls. (Note that the other standard AC200 do not have these controls). One diskette included and a short guide.
