Scarce OriginalWW2 B29 APUThis is a very good condition generator. The engine turns over smoothly and is mounted on a heavy duty wheeled cart. I have not tried to start this engine but it looks like the previous owner had this set up to run. The original military plugs and wires have been changed to normal plugs and wires. The fuel pump has been removed with a flat plate bolted over the opening and a gravity feed fuel tank mounted above the generator. The tank is empty but has the distinctive smell of old gas, so I would probably clean the fuel system before starting. The oil on the dipstick is very clean (oil will be drained for shipping). The manufacturers tag is missing off this unit and it looks like there was originally some type of gauge mounted under the throttle. This generator also comes with some spare parts from a second engine.This is a very solid example.
