Vintage Original WWII era Military Aircraft Seat as used in the Canadian and British WWII era Military Harvard Aircraft. This IS NOT an aftermarket fabricated seat! It is a 70+ year old ORIGINAL WWII era Military Aircraft Seat Made for The Royal Canadian Air Force and British Harvard Aircraft which were made by the “Canadian Car & Foundry”.

Photo #8 is from the “Royal Canadian Air Force” Illustrated parts manual showing the seat assembly. This vintage original seat may not have everything as shown in the parts manual illustration. It still has the original seat belt and shoulder harness assemblies. This seat is in used as removed condition and in very good condition. The vertical rod & tube on the back was for the shoulder harness release mechanism controlled by the quadrant on the left side of the seat which operates freely. The lever on the right was for adjusting the seat up and down and it moves freely as well. It does not have the seat rails with it which were to adjust the seat up and down! It measures 20” wide x 18-1/2” deep x 29” tall. Complete with the shoulder and seat harnesses it weighs 18 pounds.
