Dated December 1944, these are original WWII era Aircraft Direct Reading Thermometers, also known as Free Air Temp Indicators. They are in original new surplus condition. It is the style which mounts through a windshield or side glass, a type often used in many different WWII era aircraft including B-25 Mitchell, B-17 Flying Fortress, some North American AT-6’s and numerous other WWII era warbirds. Temp range is from minus 70 degrees to plus 50 degrees centigrade. The original tube boxing is NOT included. You will receive a photo copy of the instructions.
