Not seen that, maybe exit and gather all the log files just after this, plus the outcomes.xml and pilot. . See the last 2 pages of the FAQ for how to find these files.
I'll send them over to Support at the soonest opportunity - either tonight or tomorrow.
Notes:
- if the debrief is for a non-player flight that ran during a given day, the observer's name is
often but not
always listed - this is the only place and time they appear.
- if the debrief is for a player flight, the observer name isn't listed at all; either for the player or for other AI pilots assigned to the mission.
- the observer name doesn't show up in the duty room
- the observer name doesn't show up in the briefing room
- when the observer name isn't appearing as expected, the observer name appears as "Obs/Gunner " where the extra spaces appear to be where the name string is missing
Aside from the soft "crash" back to the duty room when trying to view an observer's dossier in the squadron roster, it doesn't appear to break anything... Although one would gather if it can't properly interpolate the observer's name string, it possibly isn't properly logging/recording their career data (flights, kills, etc.) either.
