Just as an intro to any newer players (and a reminder to older ones):
Install procedure is
1) to go to 2.06 (this is included in the download version anyway) (You do not need version 2.06.1 anymore but it won't hurt if you do)) and then
2) if you have a decent system (256M GFX card) you can add 2.06 Multiskin as well. NOTE: THIS IS OPTIONAL.

3) Then add the higher resolution updated SummerTerrain-V2 (this doesn't affect framerates at all)
It's a fairly big update. Released 6th October 2007.

Yes. 2.06 Multiskin is fully compatible with 2.06.1.
Sorry that it's slightly confusing. The reason is that 2.06.1 is a really small (in size) update so was done as an interim version.
No doubt with 2.07 we'll be going back to all-in-one packages to make things clearer.
