OK, first off, loving the graphics (meh on the FX but ooh ah on the terrain). I want to introduce some clan m8s to flying and thought this would be perfect. The sim is very forgiving and you don't need to be a crack shot to hit something. Blah blah aside.


Somehow, on some servers you cannot access Allied planes if you are Axis. How is it that on my servers, there's always some (explicit) who manages to (for example) get hold of a spitfire whilst fighting for the Axis team. Very annoying. I wouldn't mind if we could have labels in simulator mode, but we can't. So...

Is there a way to stop people using opposite side aircraft?
If not, is there a way to IFF without using the map key every two minutes (and even the map key can't really help you in a furball of 4 or more)?

Hope for some expansion on the multiplayer soon (coop for the campaign or single missions could be awesome). Cheers for any replies.

Yes, very annoying indeed to see Allied fighters on the Axis side and visa versa. I posted that this needs to change in the yuplay beta forum. I don't wish to see labels in sim mode, just set planes to their default. I think some new folks are not aware that when one selects an aircraft, below that selection is the ability to select a side or Random. I don't thnik there's a way of stopping ppl of picking their ac or side, nor is their a IFF tag ability.
