Italian meatballs are the only way to go. I like those too. My problem is that I like and eat pretty much everything. You're reaching the age where your metabolism is going to play a very dirty trick on you

Swedish meatballs are so cheap they sell them in IKEA.
LOL! I've had those IKEA meatballs and I think they're pretty good but what do I know? I'm just a lowly American. If your IKEA is built the same way as ours, you have to walk through all of the departments before you find the exit . Pretty exhausted and hungry. And what do you find there? A Hot Dog Bar and short walk to the reastaurant. Then even a dry sandwich will be tasty.

I avoid Ikea for precisely that reason. I don't feel like being forced to wander through a horror house "maze" to get to the department I want. My first experience going to an IKEA store was about 7 years ago and I was also a bit frustrated with the layout of the store. It drove me nuts because my wife already knew what she wanted but we had to walk through the whole #%&*$# store to get to where it was located!

I've done this a couple times this summer. Too hot for most stuff I like. Raw beef and raw egg, What could go wrong? I "kinda used this recipe with a little modding: Love the stuff. Steak Tartare

Eagerly awaiting the next thread titled "Do you prefer mushy or firm peas?" Or “Bacon - crispy or soggy?”

Rye bread, made from 100% Rye floor, and garnished with butter and salat, and delicioucs toppings like e.g, salmon, roastbeef, egg, liver paté or herring is a staple of Danish Cuisine and I love it: https://foodgeek.dk/en/danish-rye-bread-recipe/?expand_article=1#Or I might create a combo consisting of durum or sourdough baguette with buret, salat, cured meat, red pepper, cucumber and some dressing. Yummy.

[ Danish. Hot,cold or room temperature? I assume you mean the pastry? I'll eat it cold but I prefer it warm especially if it's a cheese danish with some kind of fruit filling.

While we`re at it: Danish. Hot,cold or room temperature? Oh dear, I must admit to not liking Danish pastry at all. Never eat it.

My favorite. Served warm. "Partypeas" . Supposed to be the best selection in the production. (Don`t kbow if the translation is correct though)

Mushy peas are a different type of pea - a marrowfat pea, rather than the firmer 'garden pea' - it isn't a matter of overcooking them, they naturally have a 'fluffier' texture when cooked which breaks down more readily.
I was unaware. Since I've never seen them I couldn't say.
