Between the utter crap of Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny I have lost all interest in this IP.

Crystal Skull I saw on a date so there were ulterior motives and Dial of Destiny I wanted to verify for myself that it sucked as bad as all the critics were saying. They were right.

I played that game as a kid and could never figure out how to win it. Same goes with the ET game for the Atari 2600.

I actually managed to solve that game, and played it through multiple times, and enjoyed the concepts of going to the map room, etc. It's been a while, so my memory is a bit foggy, but I think the part the frustrated me the most were the tsetse flies, because you couldn't do anything about it - they come buzzing through and you couldn't avoid them.
It was a simple game, at a simpler time, so I was probably more easily entertained

I played 2 Indiana Jones PC games long ago.
Indiana Jones® and the Last Crusade™ (released 1989 -- I played it later). Also, Indiana Jones® and the Fate of Atlantis™ (released 1992).
This thread got me thinking. I checked Steam. For "old times sake", I just bought the 2 Episodes I had "missed" (on sale).
Indiana Jones® and the Infernal Machine™ (1999), and Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™ (2003).
Don't know if I'll ever play them. According to Steam, I have over 350 Steam games installed (I buy on good sales). Plus a few dozen "non-Steam" games are also installed. I should live that long
I've seen the Indiana Jones movies (we have the disks). Some good, at least one was forgettable.

IMHO, the Indy franchise should have ended after Last Crusade. The early 90's tv series I found to be pretty dull and forgettable.
