Now with Alien: Romulus on the horizon, 20th Century Studios has announced on social media that the original Alien will once again be returning to theaters for Alien Day and the film’s 45th Anniversary.
Currently confirmed cinemas in the US are AMC, Cinemark, and Regal. We don’t have concrete details if this screening is also planned for the UK, so we’ll keep you posted.
The re-release comes ahead an upcoming “Alien” TV series from “Fargo” and “Legion” creator Noah Hawley,

When you say "American TV" are you referring to just the major broadcast networks and cable networks? I ask because there are a ton of great US produced series on streaming.

The problem with M Night Shyamalan is that he's a "one trick pony" director. His "big shocking plot twist reveal" tactic ran out of gas after "Signs" in my opinion.
