you are buying a Vintage part made by American Aerolights, INC. from searching google the only thing I found was a guy named Larry Newman specialized in Ultralight Aircraft and he made a flight across the Atlantic Ocean. he received the Congressional Gold Medal. I don't know if this device is in working order, but from what I was told it's been in storage for a while, it's in reasonably good condition, I'm not sure what type of batteries are in this device, but it still lights up when I put the switch on. again, selling AS-IS condition for parts, repair or just a great piece of history. shipping is 12.85. **********see my other sales, I'm cleaning out the garage. thank you
