I bought brand new around October of 2022. The headrest works perfectly and was exactly what I wanted at the time. Light weight, didn’t mess up my hair. Tap heat through feature. I really loved this headset, however, I ended up having to get hearing aids (around January) because my hearing is awful. Unfortunately, there’s only room for one speaker in my ear canals, so I had to switch headsets to an over the ear style to be able to wear my hearing aids. This headset IS used, but for only about 3-4 months of use on them. They are the Bluetooth version with the standard double aviation plugs.

Set includes: headset, rubber controller holder with the carabiner to hang the controller. Small, Med (attached), and large ear plug thingies, the batteries that came with it brand new (which apparently I didn’t notice and put my own in), case, and small accessory pouch that goes in the case. Basically everything that originally came with it is still with it minus the box it came in.
