Spare Scott 3400 8" tail wheel, bent steering arm, with new tire and tube. The fork shows signs of use, but no adverse wear. The steering arm is new. The pawl is the wider one and is new. Grease is fresh. The wheel seals are the new rubber style automotive seals from Airframes Alaska. The head shows it was installed but no signs of wear or corrosion. The screwdriver shows that the steering arm is new, and the rubber wheel seals. It was kept as a spare. It appears to be in great condition. Tail wheel tension still feels tight with good preloading on the wheel bearings. The head swivels tightly, but smoothly. The stinger hole in the head measures 7/8".
