I am a private pilot of a 2007 Cirrus SR-22TN. I had a magneto go bad on a cross country trip and became grounded at a rural airport without a Cirrus service shop. The local mechanic logged and installed this magneto. This magento is not designed for pressurized use above 12,000 and my plane has a ceiling of 25,000. The magenta got me home without incident at lower altitudes, but was immediately replaced upon inspection by my Cirrus mechanic. It only has 4 hours of flight time and is in nearly new/rebuilt condition.
