I installed this Rochester Ammeter in my Experimental Dakota Hawk airplane and found that the range (60-60 Amp) was way to large for my application. All my avionics draw only 5 Amp max and that was hardly showing on the gage as half a needle wide. So after about 10 hrs of use I removed it for a more sensitive digital gage. Hole size required is 2". Gage still functions perfectly butcomes with no guarantees and no assurance of flightworthiness,. However, if not satisfied seller can return it within 14 days attheir cost for a full refund.
